Ranga has worked in public practice since 2004. He joined the firm in 2008 after graduating from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Commerce — Accounting degree and has subsequently been admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in January 2011.

Outside work Ranga is a sports enthusiast playing cricket and soccer.
